I LUHH me some chocolate. I'm your typical girl who just can't seem to get enough chocolate. For some reason, after doing the 17-day diet, I love chocolate even more than before. Is it because I lacked it when I was on the diet? IDK! But now I'm off the book and that chocolate craving is still so strong! So ANYWAY, here's a yummy recipe that really reminds me of Rocky Road ice-cream!
Recipe:
1.5 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup marshmallows
1 egg white
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup mini chocolate chips
optional: coarsely chopped almonds
a few marshmallows on top
Step 1: MIX EVERYTHING BUT THE MARSHMALLOWS in one bowl! Spoon batter onto parchment paper, put some marshmallows on top, bake at 350 for 13 minutes, DONE.
Do you see how gooey it looks? And it has no flour!! If you hate chocolate, you will hate this recipe. But if you love chocolate, YOU WILL LOVE THIS RECIPE!
